The accommodation was basic and excellent close to the Art Gallery, shops and restaurants, and beach and town. The bed was uncomfortable here nevertheless I appreciated the stay overall. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were available. It was protected with smoke detectors. The staff was helpful throughout the stay.

Opposite Siam Park, only 15 minutes walk to playa de las americas. The brasserie americas, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Lovely base for your vacations in Costa Adeje. We liked the fact that we chose ponderosa.

I had the most mind-blowing stay at this amazing apartment! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by how clean and tidy it was. The facilities provided, like towels, washer machine, and a fridge freezer, were super convenient. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and tidy that it felt like a jaw-dropping luxury. The owners, Natalia and her family, were the loveliest and most helpful people, making my stay even more enjoyable. The value for money was superb, and the location was absolutely brilliant - just a 5-minute walk to both Siam Park and the beach! Additionally, being so close to the promenade was excellent for walking and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The nearby bus station also allowed for convenient and affordable island-wide exploration. At night, it was nice and quiet, yet only a short walk away from the bustling part of the strip. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a family of six, making it a practical and fantastic living space. The location was perfect, just as depicted in the pictures, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The balcony was huge and offered stunning views. my stay at this fabulous apartment was beyond my expectations.

The apartment was inclusive, had marvellous and amazing location so close to tenerife in the last 20 visits, many shops and the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff was very-very nice at all times. It had good bed, views to ocean. The pool looked clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by Apart Hotel Ponderosa. The location was excellent, with the beach and shops just a short walk away. Despite the slightly outdated decor, the rooms were tidy and the bathroom had great water pressure in the shower. The all-inclusive breakfast had a good range of options, although the other meals were a bit repetitive. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Irina at reception who went above and beyond to assist us. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience at the hotel. The food options were limited and repetitive, lacking variety and flavor.

I always keep coming back to this hotel. The staff is helpful and they even printed my tickets. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, outdoor pool, and a coffee shop. Perfect for my holiday.

It was very spacious and had reliable wifi. Being so close to the beach was a major advantage for us, as we could easily walk there within a few minutes. The location also allowed us to explore the beautiful promenade and go on scenic walks to nearby Porto Colon and Los Americas. The bus station being just two minutes away was extremely convenient and allowed us to easily travel around the island with a day trip card.
